General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all travel-related services provided by AL SAADAH TOURISM LLC ("the Company"). By confirming a booking, making a payment, or using our services, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company and relevant service providers. A booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and issuance of written confirmation by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

2. Payments

Full payment or the required deposit must be received before processing any booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is received. Any bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or payment gateway charges shall be borne by the client.

3. Visa Services

The Company acts only as an intermediary in visa application processing. Visa approval, rejection, delay, or cancellation is solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities. Visa fees, processing fees, and service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from visa refusal, delay, or cancellation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving refunds from airlines, hotels, embassies, or other service providers. Service charges, processing fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable. The Company reserves the right to deduct applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, and administrative costs from any refund.

5. Airline Tickets

Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules and conditions imposed by the respective airline. Changes, cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are governed by airline policies. The Company is not responsible for schedule changes, flight delays, denied boarding, baggage issues, or flight cancellations by airlines.

6. Hotel Reservations

Hotel bookings are subject to the policies of the respective hotel. Early check-in, late check-out, room preferences, and special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for hotel overbooking, service deficiencies, or changes made by the hotel.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all passports, visas, permits, travel documents, and health requirements are valid and comply with destination requirements. Clients must verify the accuracy of all travel documents upon receipt. Any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client shall be the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company acts only as an agent for airlines, hotels, transportation providers, visa authorities, tour operators, and other service providers. The Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, delay, accident, additional expense, or inconvenience caused by third parties. The Company's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of service fees paid directly to the Company.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, airport closures, or transportation disruptions. No compensation shall be payable for losses resulting from such events.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact the Company to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback. Any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in legal action and recovery of all related costs.

11. Service Fees

Consultation fees, visa processing fees, amendment fees, courier charges, and administrative charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for urgent or special requests.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

13. Acceptance

By making a booking, payment, or utilizing any service provided by AL SAADAH TOURISM LLC, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
